Vikas Kumar is a seasoned banking professional with over three and a half decades of experience with Indian Bank and the erstwhile Allahabad Bank, spanning banking operations, business development and strategic leadership. He began his banking career as a Probationary Officer in 1988 and went on to hold leadership positions including Branch Head, Zonal Head and Field General Manager across multiple locations. His career culminated in senior leadership responsibilities as Chief General Manager and Country Head of Retail Assets and MSME, where he was closely involved in business growth, customer relationships and strategic banking initiatives. As Country Head, he also pioneered innovative digital banking solutions and strategic partnerships, contributing to the Bank's advancement in the digital banking space. He has also served as a Board Member and Corporate Advisor to several leading organizations, contributing to their strategic and governance functions. At The Growthway Dialogue, Vikas brings extensive experience in banking, retail assets, MSME, business development and customer-focused financial services, together with a strong understanding of the evolving banking and financial services landscape.

Seema Singh is a senior banking and financial services professional with over 35 years of experience spanning Strategic Human Resources, Talent Management, Finance, Governance, Risk, Business Development and Organizational Transformation. Her career has included significant leadership roles involving institution building, organizational development and strategic initiatives. She has played an important role in building institutions including India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) and Bharatiya Mahila Bank, two significant Government of India initiatives, contributing to organizational capability, people strategy and sustainable institutional development. She currently serves as Global Head – HR & Talent Acquisition with an international bank, providing strategic leadership in talent, organizational capability and people strategy in a global environment. She also serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of four companies, bringing experience in corporate governance, strategic oversight, risk and compliance, financial stewardship and organizational sustainability. At The Growthway Dialogue, Seema brings a strong combination of people and business leadership, institutional development and governance, with a focus on building capable teams and sustainable organizations.

Imran Siddiqui, Director

Imran Siddiqui

Imran Siddiqui is a senior banking and financial services professional with over three decades of experience across banking operations, credit, business development, administration and strategic management. He began his banking career with the erstwhile Allahabad Bank in 1987 and went on to hold leadership positions across multiple geographies, including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai. During his career, he served as Zonal Manager and Field General Manager and subsequently held senior corporate and Head Office responsibilities covering Credit, Credit Monitoring, Resources and Government Relationships. As Executive Director, he oversaw a diverse portfolio including Information Technology, Digital Banking, Resources, Retail Banking, MSME and Agriculture Credit, Treasury, Forex and Board Secretariat, giving him broad exposure to banking operations, technology, business strategy and governance. He has also served on the Boards of prominent financial and banking-related institutions, including Indian Bank, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), Universal Sompo General Insurance Company Limited and Indbank Merchant Banking Services Limited. Subsequently, as Managing Director of Bombay Mercantile Co-operative Bank Ltd., he provided strategic leadership across the Bank's operations and business functions. Awadhesh Kumar Srivastava is a banking and technology professional with over 35 years of experience spanning banking, technology and digital transformation. He spent two decades in the banking sector before moving to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he served as Program Director and led large-scale banking technology and transformation programmes for leading financial institutions across geographies globally. His experience encompasses banking technology, digital transformation, programme leadership, business process improvement and technology-enabled change, with a strong understanding of the intersection between business strategy and technology. He has also been involved in developing digital products and exploring emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and automation. At The Growthway Dialogue, Awadhesh leads technology strategy, digital transformation and strategic innovation across the Company's Consultancy, Manpower & Recruitment, and Financial Services businesses, with a focus on technology-enabled services, process automation, data-driven decision-making, digital platforms and new technology-led business opportunities.

Shyam Sunder Gupta, Director

Shyam Sunder Gupta is a senior banking professional with 37 years of pan-India experience (1984–2021) spanning credit, risk management, inspection, stressed-asset resolution, recovery and senior leadership. He began his banking career as an Agriculture Field Officer with Allahabad Bank and progressed steadily through the ranks to Deputy General Manager, holding zonal leadership roles across Chennai, Lucknow, Hamirpur and Delhi NCR over the course of his career. Following the merger of Allahabad Bank with Indian Bank, he served as Deputy General Manager and Head of Stressed Assets Management (SAM) in Delhi, where he led resolution and recovery initiatives that contributed to approximately ₹1,500 crore in NPA recoveries. His career reflects deep expertise across credit appraisal, risk assessment, branch and zonal administration, inspection and stressed-asset resolution, built over more than three and a half decades in the banking sector. He holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture, is CAIIB-qualified, and holds a Certificate in Wealth Management. At The Growthway Dialogue, Shyam brings extensive experience in credit, risk management, stressed-asset resolution and recovery, together with a strong understanding of banking operations and zonal leadership built across some of India's major banking markets.
